Manufacturer’s Warranty
Many of the materials we use, including flooring, siding, roofing, and gutters, come with manufacturer-backed warranties for added peace of mind. If a product issue arises that falls under the manufacturer’s coverage, we will assist you in the claims process.

Warranty Coverage for Our Services

• Flooring (LVP, Laminate, Hardwood, Carpet) – Coverage includes installation defects but does not cover wear and tear, water damage, or improper maintenance.
• Painting (Exterior & Interior) – We guarantee quality workmanship; however, natural fading, moisture damage, and surface imperfections due to existing conditions are not covered.
• Siding, Roofing & Gutters – Installation is covered under our workmanship warranty, while material warranties vary by manufacturer. Weather-related or external damage is not covered.
