The gentlemen that installed my new flooring did a fantastic job. The job ended up having an unforeseen need for an additional plywood layer to keep two areas level. They quickly relayed this info and went out of their way to gather the materials and still completed the job in one day, with time to spare. The floors look great, a definite upgrade over the disgusting carpet i had previously.

I had a bad experience with a previous contractor at Mod Construction who came in and jacked my house up. Ruined the cement paint in the basement by moving cement around without any protection among other issues. I was very hesitant to have someone in my home again but they came in and did an amazing job! They removed pet stained carpet, stick down tiles that weren’t all sticking anymore, covered the ruined cement floors, and leveled floors that had multiple different things going on from previous owners. I replaced all my flooring with Mohawk LVP. Highly recommend!

They do what they promise. They have a team that tracks and communicates with the crew so you don’t have to. They of course coordinate and touch base with you throughout the process as well. We complicated the process by purchasing our own material and specialty stair treads - so we missed out on the benefits of them running that part of the project, but having the company handle everything was really nice. They are flexible with contracts and what to include/not include and will work with you to get it to a budget you are happy with. And we are definitely happy with our new floors.
